Do you like it when friends play matchmaker?

I wouldn't want that. It feels forced. I wanted to gravitate towards someone and feel their pull towards me. Not because someone introduced us. That's exactly what i got i wouldn't change it for the world.

A friend tried it with me when i was in my early 20s. His girlfriend at the time, now his wife, has a friend who liked me and wanted to ask me out but was too shy, they came up with the idea that my friend would arrange a night out with me, a few beers, but when i got there they were sitting at a table, all three of them, so i calmly walked straight through the pub and out of the back door.
No, she wasn't my type and I don't like being set up like that.

It depends on the intention if it’s out of care, it’s lovely. If it’s out of boredom, less so.

My sister was a year older in hs and had some very good looking friends. I dated two and married one (years later at 24).

Do one has ever done that for me, and I'm fine with that.
