Do you like it when friends play matchmaker?

A friend tried it with me when i was in my early 20s. His girlfriend at the time, now his wife, has a friend who liked me and wanted to ask me out but was too shy, they came up with the idea that my friend would arrange a night out with me, a few beers, but when i got there they were sitting at a table, all three of them, so i calmly walked straight through the pub and out of the back door.
No, she wasn't my type and I don't like being set up like that.
