How about a real person who speaks English when calling for help on anything.

One day 911 will be outsourced and no one will know what the other is saying, did anyone make a comedy routine out of that? If not, they should, we’d all end up crying in the end, either from laughing so hard or because we know one day it will happen.

I don't need a computer or voice control to turn off my lights, lock my doors, turn on music, or adjust my thermostat, I can do these things myself.

I know how to answer a phone properly and politely.
I don't look at a phone when eating.
I never leave the house wearing untailored clothes like sweat pants (unless I'm running) or pjs.
I don't think the banks should charge us for using our accounts when before they had to hire tellers and it was free.
I can read a map and memorize it and get to my destination without GPS.

I can predict the weather with my bones.
Who needs the weather channel?

I'm sure those of you in your 20's and 30's think modern living is awesome 😎
But you do realise much of it is unnecessary and detrimental to systems and businesses that had served people well for decades right ?

Who's life is so desperately important they need to be on call 24/7 ?
Who needs to take endless photos of nothing significant or meaningful ?
Mine isn't what use is a mobile phone to me ?
I have no desire to access music or movies 24/7. I like movies and music but don't feel the need to carry them around with me.
I like my team's but I'm not mug enough to pay a private company for 'exclusive coverage' when I'm happy to wait for the free highlights packages online.
Even if the commentary is in Hindi or Arabic. I just don't buy into it.

I hate unnecessary noise and am increasingly intolerant of young children and teenagers.

Touchscreens in cars are insane. You're supposed to watch the situation on the roads, not stare at the screen to know where your finger is supposed to be. If this is reality then there are some serious idiots designing interfaces.

I wear a watch with hands.
I only read books in hard copy.
I balance my checkbook.
I play cribbage, not video games.
I wear black socks almost every day.
I constantly make lists.

Other: What's with everything needing to be "Smart?" I don't need a "Smart Dryer" that I can turn on with my phone, I'm fully capable of walking over to the dryer and pressing the button. 🤦🏽

Fucking hell..hire some customer service reps that know how to deal with the issues people call about.

Why is getting up during the night to piss not there?

I don't want to buy something, and then need a subscription in order to have full functionality. Also, enough with the bundled packages that never have decent features for a decent price. Don't even get me started on the Plus streaming services that seems prevalent nowadays.
