Human sacrifice 🙏

You need to see your doc. A nice steroid shot will get you back to normal . Start thinking about a daily antihistamine that doesnt make you drowsy...like Claritin , or Zyrtec. I actually take a Zyrtec in the mornings and a Claritin at night. And I use a lot of Simply Saline nasal mist to keep the irritants out. I use Flonase at night to keep me open and not stuffy. Hopefully the air will clear up soon. Lots of pollen in the air.

@CookieCrumbs absolutely. I learned the hard way about mowing ragweed on a tractor without wearing a mask and goggles. That stuff tries to kill you!

I have an allergic reaction to dust! Imagine that! 😁

@CookieCrumbs yep, me too. We use special filters on our AC system to get as much of that out of the air as we can. Helps a lot

I suffer from hayfever which hasn't been so bad in recent years but this year is really affecting. My eyes are raw at the moment :-(

What you need is some fresh clean air. And I know where you can find some!
Do not wait. Go for antibiotics asap for immediate relief which will take minimum 5 days only. Without any sacrifice/S. 🙄

The worst is mountain cedar allergies but this year wasn’t bad a little sneezing at most. I think it was because I’ve been taking natural vitamin C with bioflavonoids and quercetin with bromelain. I noticed a store selling an OTC for cedar allergies (for the first time this spring)

Ugh yeah, especially when the pollen comes out to play

I do too. I get chronic sinusitis and sinus infections. I just had sinus surgery because my sinuses wouldn’t drain which sucks when you have seasonal allergies.
