At times, I enjoy the full bodiless of reds like Cabernet
When I'm in the mood for a more delicate partner, I go with pinot noir

Burgundies, Barolo and bararescos do not need any dilution

I like a sweet red wine. I don't like dry red. I'm the opposite with white though.

Put a bottle of red wine in the refrigerator 20 minutes before you are going to drink it.
