Veggie hotdogs are gross

They're very hit-or-miss.

If you're in The UK, try the Richmond veggie sausages. There indistinguishable.

Veggie burgers are just nasty too.....plus expensive on top of that!

There are several brands of them, of course. I didn't find the ones I've tried "gross", just not [i]great[/i]. I've mostly just used them in my version of beans and 'franks', and no one who ate that dish gave any indication or disliking it.

Apparently, you have to actively use your imagination, cook the sh*t out of them, and ingest and swallow all in one swift movement.

My opion about American hotdogs ... no texture, low flavor. For both, add relish, mustard and catsup to make them tolerable.

Then don’t eat them. Problem solved.

I prefer beef to chicken even.

Never had them, never will.

I'm ok with it. Hotdogs are gross if you think about it.
