The messiest, ugliest, BEST TASTING veggie burger I have ever made 😍

@DrWatson this particular one was a frozen Morningstar Farms patty. But I do like the Impossible Burger ground "beef" too. It tastes more realistic.

@DearAmbellina2113 I prefer the impossible burger, but she will tolerate the Morningstar Farm one.

This will be my project after I shop for groceries on Saturday.

(We are both meat eaters, but I cook vegetarian meals for us too.)

@Iwillwait a plant based burger patty seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and cumin, plant based bacon cooked crisp, sharp cheddar melted on the patty, charred onion slices, sliced tomato, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce. Also I always put mayo on one side of the bun and grill those in the pan to make them crisp (keeps the bun from getting soggy).
