None. Meat rhymes with eat for a reason.

It leaves more bacon for the rest of us normal people.

It makes annoying, misguided, self-righteous people easier to identify. As soon as they announce they're vegan, (and they will) run! 😄

You can convert ALL of your home food waste into re-usable gas!!! It's just...that's a LOT of gas...and you have to actually EAT all those veggies. 😢😢😢

It possibly can cause autism in newborn if you don’t eat enough protein. It’s not a wise decision to never eat meat. Anything done in the extreme is usually bad.

Live longer, feel better, lose weight. I've even heard that one woman who had cancer, quit smoking and drinking and went on a plant based diet and the cancer went away.

The best benifit is getting to tell everyone that you're vegan.

More efficient use of agriculture and calories. Instead of growing crops to feed to animals for 12 months before we kill them for our own dinner tables, let's just eat the crops we spent so much effort to grow in the first place so we can take marginal land out of cultivation, build the housing that we need, and all live happily ever after 😌

Less cholesterol problems. I cannot think of anything else. Not a vegan.
