Is God a vegetarian or vegan sort of guy ?

or does he like turkey ?
in10RjFox · M Best Comment
The question that came up in my mind is .. does he or she need to eat or drink ?

@in10RjFox 🤔😁

I’ve often pondered if fish is the traditional Good Friday dish, not because fish are special in any way, but Big J and the lads simply just ordered fish that day.
Or they was out of T-bones 🤔

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Lobster would be a better upgrade :)
Curiosity13 · 51-55, M
@revenant lobster on the forbidden list
revenant · F
@Curiosity13 Oh that is right ! I had forgotten about the shellfish !
Curiosity13 · 51-55, M
Going to say not vegetarian just look at Genesis he gave them animal skins or the sacrifices he asks for calling a burnt offering a sweet smell
revenant · F
@Curiosity13 did he really ? that is interesting
RuyLopez · 56-60, M
Either would be okay as long as it’s sous vide.
RuyLopez · 56-60, M
@OogieBoogie Okay, I can’t help it. What about a piece of Esther?
😂@RuyLopez sounds kinda picky to me .....
RuyLopez · 56-60, M
@OogieBoogie I’m so going to hell.

Would it make any difference? He was clearly a socialist or at the very least strongly pro-welfare:
Jesus: I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God (Matthew 19:23).

Jesus: To one who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also, and from one who takes away your cloak do not withhold your tunic either. Give to everyone who begs from you, and from one who takes away your goods do not demand them back. And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them (Luke 6:27).

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth (Matthew 5:5).
Yet this is conveniently forgotten by the so called "christian" capitalist rightwing.

Therefore, if he was campaigning just as strongly for vegetarianism or veganism, it would be conveniently ignored too. Besides, he seemed to like fish, so at most he would be a pescetarian.

@Elessar I do not think he was a communist
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Mathers And I've already replied to that, your question has nothing to do with what is being discussed here, but is just a way to gatekeep opinions you don't like.

@revenant Good, so you'll agree with me that those who propose similar welfare politics aren't communist either
Mathers · 61-69
Nothing I see. Rage on then. Add to the carbon emissions by the hot air and set light to many more straw men.@Elessar
PatKirby · M
Going out on a limb and guess He's neither since He asked for rams and doves for sacrifices in the Old Testament. Wouldn't a vegan god ask for bouquets of flowers and fruit instead?
PatKirby · M
@revenant
Yes, but even though He's portrayed as an angry god in the Bible just between us I personally believe He's a god of mercy and forgiveness, not a god of punishment.
revenant · F
@PatKirby It is puzzling. This god might have different sides to him.
PatKirby · M
@revenant

Infinite.
ABCDEF7 · M
Depends on who your God is?
ABCDEF7 · M
@revenant Ohh. That's why it's difficult to remember. What makes it appealing to you?
revenant · F
@ABCDEF7 her sword..her sword...........🤫

God is thee only Energy which has gone without food / water.

Traditionally, Fish may be acceptable as Fish was one of the first forms of life. People ate fish for generations, passed down the line so it's acceptable on a Yoga / Science sense.

God is not a "guy".

Check out this list of God approved foods from the Bible.
https://www.learnreligions.com/foods-of-the-bible-700172
If God approved these foods for us, then I would assume they are alright for Him also therefore, God would no be a vegan.
bookerdana · M
Well he multiplied the loaves and fishes and as for EGGs

bookerdana · M
@revenant For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. ..once over easy😀

And since he was a Jewish Rabbi and the Jews raised sheep and other animals I have doubts He was Vegan 😑
revenant · F
@bookerdana no pork though
bookerdana · M
@revenant nope but that was overturned ,like a penalty
you know no one now likes moral relative questions?
revenant · F
@thewindupbirdchronicles god will not get any pudding till he answers me 🤫😊
@revenantIf "he" is a good god, always a guy, he will want that pudding.
Digoutyoursoul · 31-35, F
I imagine a vegan. But then I doubt he eats up there.
And I'm sure he's an Oasis fan.
Mathers · 61-69
When on earth we know he ate fish and drank wine
antonioioio · 70-79, M
Do you believe in God ?
antonioioio · 70-79, M
Both I would say 🤗
I think he prefers it au natural. Maybe with a side of bloody sacrifice 😏
RuyLopez · 56-60, M
