@SW-User I've heard it tastes somewhat like squid, just more bland. It also hardens and becomes kind of rubber-like when cooked as far as I know.

I don't think there is a known lifespan for lobsters. They get eaten every time they're found! I've had Jellyfish at Chinese restaurants a lot. It's quite good.

Jellyfish only live about 2 years however lobsters can live for over 100.
