Should have a lot of flavor after seeing the ingredient list. Can have it with fried eggs too. Nice to find something Italian that doesn’t have wheat in it.
@NativePortlander1970 You’ve never tried it have you? I worked with a Romanian lady who made cabbage rolls for me and she also made polenta. It was good but it was thicker than this and she made a simple version compared to this recipe. It’s made with cornmeal. I love cornmeal mush, sliced and breaded with flour and fried with a little butter for breakfast.
