You ever cook a meal, but know you could never make it the same way twice?

The spices on the roast veges were awesome tonight but I just know I'll never get it that way again... Ground Black Peppercorns, Ground sea salt, cumin, Garlic powder, onion powder. How much did I put in 🤷🏻

I NEVER measure...unless I am baking quick bread or something similar. I DO write down my "recipes" but I am guesstimating how much salt I poured out in the palm of my hand, etc, etc.
