This is my favorite dough recipe, but I use warm water, mix the yeast in dry wirh the flour before adding the salt, and proofing the dough in the fridge for 18 hours first then letting the dough get to room temp and rise for six hours to let complex flavors build...[media=https://youtu.be/1-SJGQ2HLp8]
