I was going to make a dish with rotini…

A cheesy pasta dish for my sister’s family—but she’d better hurry up and come get it ! 😃

I love it in a tomato cream sauce..so just add cream to tomato sauce. And then I put rotisserie chicken mixed in. It's a yummy dish (Parmesan cheese on top). Or you could substitute it for rotini..I enjoy Farfalle.

Although I like and often cook using various forms of pasta noodles, I'm sure I don't qualify as an "aficionado". I'd almost surely just use that shape of wheat pasta, instead of the larger tube shaped kind. Glad you got some actually helpful suggestions. 😊

If you cook them just right the pleated part is a bit chewy while the rest is soft. It’s a great noodle. I usually serve with a trio of vegan sauces- marinara, cashew queso and walnut spinach pesto. A blob of each one on the plate allows for 7 different sauce combinations.

Like others said. I always made pasta salad with it. I suppose you could use it in any pasta dish though

I serve it with pesto, possibly adding diced chicken or sautéed shrimp. It’s also good with a simple sauce of diced tomatoes and basil or dill.

My girls made a pizza pasta with it. Using pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage and Canadian bacon.with crispy garlic butter french bread

It's so good with butter and cottage cheese or Kasha

My wife would use them in tuna noodle casserole.
