I was going to make a dish with rotini…

But my grocery service sent me this by mistake. They said, "Keep it, we’ll give you a refund."

So I ask you pasta aficionados—what does one do with Farfalle ? 😳

If you cook them just right the pleated part is a bit chewy while the rest is soft. It’s a great noodle. I usually serve with a trio of vegan sauces- marinara, cashew queso and walnut spinach pesto. A blob of each one on the plate allows for 7 different sauce combinations.
