How foul would hamburger meat in an A/C unit be?

Thats highly dependent on a lot of factors from humidity, temperature, what kind of hamburger meat we're talking about (premium restaurant or mcdonalds high preservatives nerver moldy crap) if the meat is on or near the evaporator or the condenser coils, or if its near the air handler so that it can blow the air over it. Hell, is it all a contained system so bugs or most bacteria can't enter it.

I tried to google what would cause the most foul odor but all the results was how to get rid of the smelling. And they try to tell you google is your friend 😤

If you live anywhere near an Asian store.....go buy some bagoong. 2 hours in the sun and the odor of that stuff will knock the flies of a gut-wagon.

I never could figure out how people actually eat that stuff (or Kim-Chee for that matter)...

Very foul AC units are hot it's mostly just made up of a compressor and giant fan. The only cold part is the coolant line running into the house and that should be protected by some foam.
