How foul would hamburger meat in an A/C unit be?

If you live anywhere near an Asian store.....go buy some bagoong. 2 hours in the sun and the odor of that stuff will knock the flies of a gut-wagon.

I never could figure out how people actually eat that stuff (or Kim-Chee for that matter)...
