There are plenty of food truck venues that will gladly upgrade to a defunct Burger joint that fast. With better food and prices compared to the current state of McDonald's prices.

They were already charging over $18 for a Big Mac, medium fries and drink before this. If they wanna pack up and take their overpriced crap food with them, let ’em.

Meanwhile, my GF works for a Japanese based revolving sushi bar chain that’s doing just fine with the pay increase, and didn’t have to raise prices to compensate.

@Zaphod42 I just did some quick math, and your average McDonald's employee has to work an hour or more to afford to eat there. That's insane.
