People who live in America and don't tip because they feel the people who work for tips should find a better job

Or because they feel the company should pay them more instead of having people tip since that's how they do it in other countries. First of all, I don't think they realize in those other countries that they charge for water, and the food is more expensive than it is here in the states. If they started doing that here, but got rid of tipping and paid their workers better. The people who complain about tipping would complain about their bill going up.

The people who don't tip are the same people who always want help from their friends. Always need a ride, money, or help moving or picking something up. But anytime their friend's need help, they'll never help them since they're selfish and don't want to help anyone but themselves. I bet sometimes they'll even agree to help, until the time comes and than they'll say "I'm sorry, I don't feel like helping anymore. Find someone else"

Is it the customers fault you arent paid a living wage. No your employer only paying u minimum wage (possibly less) and redirecting the remainder of a "livable" wage onto the customer isnt fair either. I cant afford to tup bc the server is making more than i do in tips than i do on salary. Making the consumer foot the bill bc the employer wont isnt fair to the wait staff. Dont blame the customer blame the employer and system. People will always complain. Income inequality is the problem not the customer not being able to afford to tip

@jehova if you can't afford to tip you shouldnt eat out/get delivery. Just like if you can't afford a nice car you shouldn't get a loan you can't pay back. And if you do you deserve to get your car repossessed and have your credit score impacted. Just like the person not tipping deserves to wait longer than usual for their food. If you're not tipping, than you shouldn't mind waiting longer to receive your food.

@Sweetguy024 and i dont order delivery or est out bc i know i cant afford it but if tipping is required it should be included in the bill not be implied as a requirement. As yet another burden on the worker. Also unless its exceptional service why should i have to tip.

No,.if you can't pay your employees you shouldn't do business. If the bill is X one should pay X.

@Elessar i pay the bill but tipping only allows the employer to xploit their staff
