People who live in America and don't tip because they feel the people who work for tips should find a better job

Or because they feel the company should pay them more instead of having people tip since that's how they do it in other countries. First of all, I don't think they realize in those other countries that they charge for water, and the food is more expensive than it is here in the states. If they started doing that here, but got rid of tipping and paid their workers better. The people who complain about tipping would complain about their bill going up.

The people who don't tip are the same people who always want help from their friends. Always need a ride, money, or help moving or picking something up. But anytime their friend's need help, they'll never help them since they're selfish and don't want to help anyone but themselves. I bet sometimes they'll even agree to help, until the time comes and than they'll say "I'm sorry, I don't feel like helping anymore. Find someone else"

What makes me mad is when the management takes the tip and doesn鈥檛 pass it on to the wait staff 馃槧

@AbbySvenz that is pretty shitty. Where I work they dont do that. I'd consider that theft, split it between everyone is the right thing to do

No it goes to the waiter or waitress that had to put up with the weirdos at the table with me @Sweetguy024

@AbbySvenz very true. It should go to the person doing all the work. If it's a takeout tip than it should go to the crew since they all worked together. If it's a restaurant/server situation than yes, the server who did all/most the work gets the tip

@Sweetguy024 I had an uncle who would put the tip under his plate when ready to leave. His reasoning was that he thought the people would cleaned up the mess afterwards would find it and that they were more deserving than the waiter.

@AbbySvenz pretty sure that's supposed to be illegal, especially if they pay "service wages" instead of minimum wage
