It looks like it collapsed and was overcooked. The bay leaves are nicely placed. The spoon utensil is a surprise and not in a positive way. The choice of plate style is acceptable. Presentation: [b]C-[/b]

I'm sure it tastes fine. I would imagine she put a lot of effort into making it.
