How many mg of you know what in a gummy is recommended for a new user?

be careful if youre gonna do that. some people take some, don't feel anything, take more and then it hits them all at once.

If not a hardcore user....buy 5 mg THC / 5 mb CBD. First use bite a 5 mg in half and see what happens. Wait about 15-20 minutes for full effect. If nothing.....then next time try a full 5 mg THC gummy. Usually 10 mg is made for a fairly constant user of weed.......25 mg and up is kick ass even for hard core users.

I started at about 2mg. a quarter of a 10 mg gummy. Split in half then split in half again.

Someone suggested 5mg to start, maybe 10 — that’s good advice. But buy from a certified source: otherwise the mg on the packaging might not be accurate and you don’t know what you’re taking. At least that’s what I’ve been told.

🤔......They come in 10mg to a gummy, at least out here, so you should only do 1 at a time.........Then only, more when you know how that potency affects you. The time it takes to kick in, just depends on your body at the time..........

I would ask the people that actually work in the shop where they are sold for their advice. Honestly, they should know what mg to start with. Safety is key with this stuff. I wouldn't use it myself.....only if I was in terminal pain and such. But, that's just me.
