How many mg of you know what in a gummy is recommended for a new user?

I would ask the people that actually work in the shop where they are sold for their advice. Honestly, they should know what mg to start with. Safety is key with this stuff. I wouldn't use it myself.....only if I was in terminal pain and such. But, that's just me.
