For me…2.5 mg if I’m taking it during the day

At night, I go hard…a whopping 5 mg!!! 😉

@ImpeccablyImperfect Well, I worked in a field where I was random drug tested pretty often; right after I retired, I got a state issued card and bought some...and used it....and thought---why does everyone make such a big deal about this....
