How many mg of you know what in a gummy is recommended for a new user?

If not a hardcore user....buy 5 mg THC / 5 mb CBD. First use bite a 5 mg in half and see what happens. Wait about 15-20 minutes for full effect. If nothing.....then next time try a full 5 mg THC gummy. Usually 10 mg is made for a fairly constant user of weed.......25 mg and up is kick ass even for hard core users.
