Of course. I've applied some of his techniques to my own cooking. Inevitably, it results in me throwing myself out of the kitchen and I get carry out.

We have been watching some of his shows lately, must be part Aussie as speaks his mind

Right here. I see why people don't like him. He can cross the line with how mean he can be and he's proven he can be real disgusting as well. But I do believe he has a good side to him and regardless, he's a hell of an entertainer.

Seeing him both in the kitchen and some of his shows outside the kitchen where he is much more calm, cool and reasonable says alot.

I worked in kitchens once and it is actually pretty normal to have a chef who is somewhere between a drill sergeant and a tyrant in the kitchen but totally cool outside work.

They are there to get a job done and make sure the people under them don't create a food born illness outbreak. They are not there to be your friend.

Some of them do push it a bit far.
