ive never been good at cooking. i could probably start a fire making a sandwich. but today a made me and my BF noodles and chicken nuggets. nuggies was just in the oven but the noodles was fun to boil and make sure was flavoured evenly. :D
IMO the hardest part of learning to cook is finding recipes that actually work. The Internet is brimming with recipes, but a lot of them are untested nonsense, unfit for a dog. I've personally followed all these recipes, myself, and have written some notes for reference. Most of them are so easy that a monkey with fetal alcohol syndrome could get them right.
I'm a chef and I have some suggestions for your journey if you'd like?.
1. Learn to cook a steak mid rare 2. Learn to fry and poach an egg well 3. Learn to make a curry and get familiar with spices 4. Make a soup from scratch
Just follow recipes/cook things you're excited about and you'll get there ✌
