Does anybody else get both hyperactive and territorial when cooking?

My wife and I had a system for most recipes but my special dishes I need my space.

Yes, no one is allowed in the kitchen when I am cooking.

not so much . I am not very good at it. I can do basic stuff but expectations may be low due to lack of skill. make a lot of salads which doesn't take much kitchen.

Yeah, most of the time I get annoyed if someone is in my space when I'm cooking. 😅
