Can you function without caffeine?

I need to drink sugar free Redbull every day in order to feel decent.
I can’t function without it, I don’t have any energy levels, it’s like I am floating if I don’t take it.

And it’s only 110 mg of caffeine, sometimes I need two of it.

I haven't had caffeine regularly for the last decade. I have a Keurig with the Cinnabon coffee K-Cups, so I'll have one if the mood hits me.
I'd encourage you to try beetroot supplements that help your body maintain its Nitric Oxide levels. That, with some proper hydration and extra exercise, does wonders.
I have eliminated all caffeine and sugar.

Except for 4 x 2-L containers of Mountain Dew (w/real sugar) and several types of candy (mostly Snickers or Payday).

I was assured that there is very little caffeine or sugar in this from a new study fresh off RFK, Jr.'s desk.

I am so relieved to hear what I wanted to hear! YAY!

I got up to five a day of these. Wasn’t too long after that my heart made it very clear that I was pushing my luck.

I run on zero caffeine now. It’s been replaced with rage and tacos.

I drink one coffee every morning and that's my caffeine for the day. Anything more and I am jittery and anxious.

Not very well lol. I am very much adapted to it.

I also drink a lot of diet soda. Not only for the caffeine but also bc it keeps me from snacking.

I have eliminated it completely due to health concerns. I did not like the dependency but I really did not like the heart arrhythmias.
I started drinking black coffee in the 7th grade. Now in my late 60’s I get a monster headache if I don’t get at least two cups early in the morning.

I drink two cups a day. I used to drink much more. I know someone who gave up coffee and switched to Mountain Dew for the caffeine.

I can function .. I sometimes can't be around other people, but I can function. 😉

Youve built up a caffeine tolerance. You get a withdrawal when you dont have it.

Coffee is just the same as any other drug.

If you stop taking caffeine from any source for a few weeks youl even out. You might sleep for a solid 3 days or so at the start but after a few weeks you will reset and be back to only needing 1 cup a day.
