What was your favorite oddity, nostalgic snack growing up? It can be anything from your favorite secret baked good your great-aunt made when you'd visit, or anything commercially made as well.
Growing up in Milwaukee, I'd beg, steal, and borrow to get my hands on one of these every day during summer break. They weren't around long, which was a total bummer. I see they got copycat recipes out and about. I'll have to try one of 'em and recreate the totally turtle-licious flavor.
Those look good! I never had one back then or saw it. I loved those peanut butter bars ..it had a graham or cookie base, as a stick, PB, and covered on chocolate. I remember my friend giving me one at her house, I had never had them. My mom only bought it twice or so after that when I asked her. I was like ten. I buy them a few times a year now. So good!!

Well, this makes it look like a pregnancy test but you’d dip your candy stick into what is basically flavored powdered sugar. Dentists must have made millions from its use.
