Can you add some electrolytes to water ? Hydration will help flush out the excess alcohol .

If you are experiencing some level of alcoholism, I would say it is best not to drink more. Instead, remember the next time you are "over-drinking", to space out your alcoholic beverages by drinking one full glass of water in between each alcoholic drink.

I try not to get to the point of being hungover. Once I got past 40, I limited myself to one drink.
