If you are experiencing some level of alcoholism, I would say it is best not to drink more. Instead, remember the next time you are "over-drinking", to space out your alcoholic beverages by drinking one full glass of water in between each alcoholic drink.

A hangover is actually dehydration. Drink water and eat saltines, or drink Gatorade.
