I drink 4 nights a week. There I nothing that can stop me.

I ask God to make me really hungry after 2 beers and usually it works!

I eat and then I don't want to drink any more.

I still drink too often though (about every 2 days).

You'll have to really want to stop

Or else you'll find yourself making excuses to drink

I heard that you need to put all alcoholic drink funds into cool non alcoholic drinks like taco bell slushies (cherry is the best) and seltzer drinks like the brand "bubbly" cherry flavor. It's a slow substitution.

I always find that if I sit and write or do house chores at night then I drink significantly less. Sitting down to watch tv or sitting on phone is when I really wish I had a glass or bottle of wine next to me.

If one has difficulty moderating alcohol consumption then don’t take the first drink. It’s like getting hit by a train. It’s not the caboose that kills ya, it’s the engine.

Alcoholism is a very cool hobby. It can gain you lots of time from working after they fire you. Plenty of time to rest up in drunk tanks. So many benefits.

I'm actually doing the same thing...don't matter if I'm bored. As long there is a list I create and do them.
