how to avoid drinking?

i drink daily because i have more free time. i tried to do other activities for having fun but bored

Prayer helps me...
I ask God to make me really hungry after 2 beers and usually it works!

I eat and then I don't want to drink any more.

I still drink too often though (about every 2 days).
