I sincerely hope you won't start something that could become a habit and then you'll have an addiction on your hands. Why don't you go out and run for exercise and you will feel better. Or try your hand at painting. Do anything other than start something that you might not think could get out of hand but it surely could and there are hundreds of people to prove it. Don't initiate a bad habit. Learn to play an instrument. Anything but turning to alcohol. It's just a temporary fix but we could become a permanent problem and it's no fun fighting addiction. I think you're smarter than that.
