Potato is cutting back on drinks too 🥔😚 but not for good! Just reducing my potato habit of evening drinking 🥔😚
So far so good! Potato is successful!
Kudzu root extract worked like magic for me to make me crave alcohol less.. and once the habit is broken, I think you won’t even need it.. There is also anti alcohol supplements that you could take if you decide you want to have a couple of drinks on a weekend or so, and that one helps minimize the effects next day! Both I got from iherb. Good stuff 🥔😚
