February, while skiing in Colorado, at various on-the-mountain lodges. They all have bottle fillers, drinking fountains, re-usable cup fillers, etc. Skiers gotta keep hydrated!!

I don't recall any of the old-type drinking fountains in use after the 1960s.
Now though, some water companies and local councils in the UK have installed what are really only glorified taps, for re-filling water-bottles.
