Depends on the season but I have a soft spot for my Grandmothers Pea and Ham soup recipe:

It's more a beef stew with a Pea and Ham soup base.. 🤤

I have to say I used to LOVE the seafood chowder at Lindsey's restaurant in Wareham. Unfortunately they have shut down permanently...😢😢😢. It was chock full of scallops, fish, and HUGE pieces of lobster. And now I will never taste that again unless I try to make it myself. It used to cost $13.00 for a CUP.

But...*sigh*...back to reality. I MAKE my own favorite soup.

I use THIS basic recipe, with lots of variations...such as swapping out the pepperoni for hot Italian sausages, or by making my OWN hot Italian turkey sausage, (which is crumbly) and a bit healthier.

Broccoli & cheddar. Chicken taco. Chili. Beef stew. Actually too many to name - I love soup of all kinds. There's nothing better on a cold winter day than a hot bowl of soup with fresh homemade cornbread. 😋
