If you spilled a drink by accident in a public place would you clean it yourself or tell somebody who works there or "leave it" there?

Rule of thumb. If there are cleaning staff, notify them..😷
I did spill a drink all over once so I asked staff if I could have a bunch of napkins to clean it up and they said no, just leave it because it was a rowdy place and they were used to messes lol.

I always clean it. If a staff member stops me and takes over, I'll stop.

It depends on the circumstances, but I would want to make an effort at least. The staff would need to make sure it was cleaned thoroughly and left in a safe and hygienic condition for others.

Oh, come on Freddie! Live a little bit larger than that, for goodness sake!

Just step in the spilt drink, throw yourself to the floor and then sue the owners for a cash payout in small bills.

@swirlie What!? With my back and knees? I think not. 😂

Oh! Bad back and bad knees? That's even better! Now you have proof of what happened to you after you stepped in the spilt drink and then went hurtling across the floor, landing between some woman's legs as you looked straight up her skirt as she called your lawyer at your request!
I spilled. it if I had a mop I would clean it up.

My OCD would feel compelled to leave no trace of it

I’d clean it if it’s a little spill

I would step in my own spilt drink, then hurl myself to the floor whilst pretending that I didn't spill it and then sue the city for a handsome sum of quick cash to supplement my retirement fund.

@swirlie a tad dramatic, no?
Hi, how are you 😁

@Ferric67
The secret is, being a gymnast since youth, I can make it as dramatic as it gets without actually hurting myself as I come to rest against an entanglement of twisted chairs and table legs.
