What kind of bread? Are we talking about two large slices of wholemeal sourdough or a couple of slices of plastic wrapped bread sized for a sandwich toaster?
There's a café above the Cheeseworks cheese shop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, that does a glorious toastie for about that price. Four different cheeses and leeks plus some seasoning
