I think most of you have. Are they overrated? Only you can be the judge of that. They definitely are very busy in my city. 🏙 I used to go here almost weekly. But because it's gotten more expensive and even more busier than ever before, I have declined. I prefer a more laid back environment to eat in if I do decide to try fast food that day. They are good but they are not the best. PopEyes is definitely a better deal if you ask me. Comments. ☺ 🐔
My daughter absolutely loves the place.I think it's just an okay chicken sandwich.Okay, chicken and okay salads, slight upgrade from other fast food burger joints, chicken, but not the best chicken in the world.Now their sauce is pretty good. But if they have a long line, I will drive, right?Past every time
When I lived in Texas, they were all over the place and had the best food. They seem to have more stores in the southern US, I go once in a while if I am in NC or TN, I like Popeye's as well.
@Roadsterrider People often say that Chick Fila has a more authentic taste than your typical fast food restaurant. Perhaps that is partly why they are so popular.
We just got one put in our town last year, but I haven't tried it. I don't want to. I hear that it is good, but I also hear that there is a lot of chemicals they put in there as well.
I only go there for convenience and the kindness. They are always polite, generally no matter what location you go to. And they are typically quick even when the lines are long. I just pay for the convenience and kindness.
I've never had it even though there is one nearby. It doesn't look appetizing. I don't know what all the hype is over a piece of chicken on a bun, Looks pretty plain to me.
@robingoodfellow It's because of the quality control of the chicken itself from Tyson Foods, who are the suppliers of fresh chicken to that restaurant conglomerate.
@Zonuss I did notice that they put less spice in them last time I had them? The sauce is still just as good though, that's the main reason they're good.
@SooperSarah They are popular because they were endorsed heavily by Right Wing media during a controversy. It had something to do with them not being open on Sunday. ☺
Tyson Foods supplies all the chicken to this fast-food restaurant, which of itself means that the quality of the chicken is very low compared to anywhere else that sells chicken.
@Zonuss Of course they're all busy, which is why Tyson Foods is the leading chicken supplier across the USA. The chicken supplied by Tyson Foods however, is considered the lowest quality meat in the entire industry. Where they end up dumping cheap, poorly raised chicken products is places like Chick Fila and McDonald's for example.
The reason most Americans are so fat is because they eat deep-fried food like the stuff you have in your photo here. Why would you eat anything on those trays?
@Zonuss I like the Americans I have met in person. So I get where you are coming from. But rather that reiterate just how much American has pirated and pillaged its way to the top since WW2 and reminding you that America is where it is by borrowing close to $40 Trillion it has no way of repaying, I will simply say that when you are inside a goldfish bowl, your view of the world is distorted. And you my friend are inside a goldfish bowl..😷
