I can do with just butter, salt and pepper. But sour cream and cheese is even better.

Saw the sea salt on the skin too… that’s delicious

Honestly a classic of sour cream chives and bacon bits is a good time. However I don't mind getting silly with it. A baked potato is a blank canvas on which any paint can work.

I dug up some King Edward potatoes recently and had chives, cheese and sour cream mixed together and melted in the oven. Very tasty.

Light coat of bacon grease on the skin and a good sprinkle of coarse salt .. Top w blue cheese dressing, fresh cracked pepper once opened up to serve

@SlippingAway Think Imma load the smoker Sunday, few racks of ribs and a couple spicy rubbed butts .. couple meals worth now and vacu pack and freeze rest to put back for quick meals this winter
