Light coat of bacon grease on the skin and a good sprinkle of coarse salt .. Top w blue cheese dressing, fresh cracked pepper once opened up to serve

@BrandNewMan I do like to rub the skins with oil and add sea salt because I like to eat skins too. I scrub my skins well

@SlippingAway Think Imma load the smoker Sunday, few racks of ribs and a couple spicy rubbed butts .. couple meals worth now and vacu pack and freeze rest to put back for quick meals this winter

@SlippingAway Really helps with some things .. reheating in the bag in a pot/pasta insert works great
