I am running on nothing but coffee today and I got the jitters now. What did you have for lunch?

I got caught up in hiking and didn't have lunch. 🤷🏼‍♀ But dinner was a steak salad.

I had my usual coffee allocation
A flax seed brownie muffin and banana for breakfast
A little ‘snack pack’ consisting of turkey chunks, cheddar cheese cubes, grapes and crackers for lunch..
Some pistachios
And an apple mid afternoon

coleslaw with salad topper (various nuts and raisins) and a bagel with "just peanuts" peanut butter....and some non roasted, unsalted almonds

I had egg salad that I ate like a dip with chips and a cup of decaf

I have a great burrito

Gross sandwich from hotel shop. Off to a nice restaurant for dinner though.

Oatmeal with a sliced banana, raisins, honey, and cinnamon. That's all I have until tomorrow.

More coffee.

I had tomato and mayo on a plain bagel

Havent yet

Will have sandwich for dinner

Nothing I forgot about lunch got busy at work.

I had rice and black beans with canned tomatoes and turkey sausage

Pita bread with balsamic vinegar and hummus dips then sardines with fried rice and salad

An apple.

Noods

A polish sausage with mustard.
