Do you prefer sit down restaurants or buffets?

I actually saw the smartest thing I've ever seen at a buffet last week. They had all the plates that we're up above the buffet at about 5 and a 1/2 foot high, this meant kids couldn't reach them. But they would be more than happy to get one down for anybody that was handicapped. This was super smart because kids couldn't be at the buffet without their adult parent there

My own kitchen to be honest. Easier to stick my eating plan. Choose sit down if going out. Last went to a (Chinese) buffet pre-covid .. a Las Vegas buffet maybe 5 yrs before that.

Restaurants but we rarely eat out and if we do we get it to go. It's easier for me that way

Buffets are unhygienic and they tend to get the food quantity wrong one way or another.

I prefer a sit down meal.

Sit down, as buffets are gross and I can only eat one plate of food at a meal anyway.

Sit down. The only time I like a buffet is for breakfast.

A buffet where everyone touches the food, I like my food seasoned with dirt
