Did you get your bp checked since then??? I can't drink them anymore because I have high bp... and, looking back now, those palpitations were the first sign I had.

I'm in that younger crowd, but I honestly don't get it, the energy drinks give me headaches, just one of them will do it....

They are packed with caffeine, that's what got your heart beating.

Better than alcohol, but boy if you need a can of sugar and caffeine to give you energy in your 20s, something is not quite right.

I don’t deal with those anymore, usually too much sugar, and even the sugar free ones are generally loaded with caffeine.

new ones taste like soda. I get em at Dollar tree and drink 2-3 per week. i prefer the ones with trace amounts of coconut water or lemon juice. what's with regular diet soda? it's garbage.
