Free-range, organic beef is just as healthy, or even more so, as any other meat. In fact, of all meat it has the most carnitine, which is very healthy for the heart. Beef only became unhealthy when farming practices changed to make it cheaper to produce.
Free-range also tastes far better and I eat it whenever I want it.
