Someone gave me 4 pounds of blueberries 🫐

Have you ever eaten blueberries with coconut cream? My favorite breakfast when I’m spoiling myself.

I use to make a special type of blueberry cheesecake. Where the crust was made from cream cheese and crushed vanilla wafers. Fill the crust with blueberries and a thickener for any juices.Top it with whipped cream. 😋
