How would you feel about this random school lunch policy?

We’ve been providing healty fresh lunches to all out students for about two years now. Grades and attendance are up. Its been a big win for the underprivileged areas of the city.

Seems kinda rude. They make enough food to sell to them but won't just give it to them when in need?

As an aside, peanuts and peanut butter are banned in my local district. Too much of an allergen

It’s better than giving them nothing but really they should be given the same thing as everyone else. They should never go without just because the bill wasn’t paid.

I'm okay with it. Peanut butter is really filling and i think its nice that they even provided it.

Sure, throw those kids allergic to it into anaphylactic shock.

Only 1-2 percent of kids have that allergy so it shouldn't be all that many.

We used to get a vegemite sandwich if we came to school without lunch
