Brussel Sprouts thank you! Ive been picturing Brussel Sprouts for like 2 days and for the life of me i couldn't think of the name of them. I even googled that they look like tiny lettuces to no avail 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you! You are a life saver. Ive been wanting honey glazed brussel Sprouts for 5 months now

@JackHoff fun fact! Brussel sprouts have been genetically modified to taste less yucky to inspire kids to eat them. So if you haven't had them recently, they won't taste like you remember.

Also, saute them in bacon grease and onions, then sprinkle the bacon over them for your first try back. You won't regret it!

@MartinTheFirst it was a little dry but not bad. It was the end of the roast. The middle is far more juicy

@Willow2025 I think it looks delightful. The only thing I would say is I don't like my steak cooked well-done that way. I prefer juicy medium-rare steak.

@Jokersswild I prefer it that way too, but it was a thin roast. It was still very tender though!
